We believe fitness activities are for everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. Our talented team of experienced teachers will assist you to take your practice where you want to take it. Please remember, it’s YOUR body and YOUR practice so always listen to the inner teacher within you.

Beginners

With a no-nonsense approach to yoga, this class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners who are interested in deepening their anatomical understanding, technique and alignment. By demystifying traditional yoga poses, you will learn how to recognise the interplay between joint mobility and stability, muscle weakness and strength. Come and build a strong foundation as you learn how to modify and individualise each pose to achieve the maximum benefits of a safe and deeply satisfying practice.

Hot Yoga / Hot Hatha

Hot class, with some added surprises, including balancing, core strengthening and hip openers. This dynamic class is well suited for beginners and experienced students alike, with attention to correct alignment, precise movement, and concentration. Get ready to sweat loads while increasing your endurance, strength, and flexibility. The Hot yoga is Bikram inspired and the Hot Hatha is generally Sivananda style, both have standalone postures and are done in 35 to 40c degrees

Heated Flow / Heated Hatha

This upbeat and creative yoga class seamlessly links breath and movement, inviting you to stay present and move gracefully with the rhythm of your breath. Each instructor designs their own creative sequencing and style to offer you a unique way to keep your practice fresh and fun. Be prepared to sweat it out in this class. You may find that a heated room warms your body for deeper opening and cleansing.

Ashtanga

This class is based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga tradition (from the classical teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois), linking breath and movement in a continuous flow to induce a natural state of meditation. This dynamic sequence of postures is practiced with focused breathing and energy locks (bandhas) techniques, designed specifically to build internal heat, align the body and strengthen the nervous system, while cultivating a feeling of inner peace.

Forrest

Created by Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga is well-known as an inspiring, fierce and deeply physical practice that emphasizes on how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. This breath focused practice challenges you to cultivate an acute awareness of your own experience, creating a unique and powerful opportunity for you to make practical life decisions. The intense pose sequences are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses and create a sense of freedom with the intention to ignite your passion for living.

Fusion

Get ready to "shake it up" and challenge the limits of what you thought was possible with this high-intensity, fast-paced and fun class. This fusion mash-up class is designed to boost your metabolism and stamina so be prepared to sweat loads and workout every muscle in your body in creative yogic ways so you can still get the intense calorie burn you want without sacrificing the elements of yoga you love!

HIIT Yoga- High Intensity Interval Training

An even better way to amp up the activity level in yoga is to add elements of high intensity interval training, or HIIT, to your flow. Unlike yoga, HIIT is known for its high-energy approach. The workout typically combines short intervals of fast-paced activity (consisting of exercises like jump squats and burpees) with periods of active recovery.

Jivamukti

Whether you are a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels. This class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation.

Vinyasa Flow / Creative Flow

Enjoy a creative and different sequence with different teachers. Breath and movement synchronized to create a flow, more like a dance type movement. This really creates moving meditation, no chance for your mind to wonder as there is no predictability with postures in the flow. The breath guides the practice and initiates every physical movement in the body.

Sky Yoga

Sky Yoga using Yoga Hammocks. Practice some of your known yoga postures and stretches in the air. This anti-gravity flow will challenge your balance and co-ordination. This will bring fun back in your practice and you will learn not only to trust yourself but also be free.

HIIT Suspension

Aerial Yoga is a holistic practice that works with the mind, body and spirit to give us the feeling of levity (with help of hammocks) and grounding we don't always achieve on the mat. Aerial yoga helps to increase muscular strength, core and back muscles in particular. Increases stability and mobility around joints, decompress intervertebral discs, improve circulation and lymph flow in the body. Savasana in hammocks is a bliss. Come and fly with us.

Iyenger

Iyengar Yoga, named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, it is a type of Hatha Yoga and is for everyone and anyone. It's the world's most widely practised method of yoga with the use of props such as bricks, blocks, blankets and chairs it can be made accessible to all types of people. Iyengar yoga poses are held for longer periods of time. When stability has been achieved in a pose, it’s then possible to safely intensify the depth of the posture is the philosophy of the practice.

Body Conditioning

A class to improve overall fitness and a whole body workout. It is a high energy and high intensity workout and involves aerobics and body toning. Increase your strength, mobility, stability, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and overall sporting performance as a result. Ramp up endurance levels and build muscle strength.

Candlelit Class

This class is a Mellow Flow class infused with relaxing music and suitable lighting to create an even more calming and soothing experience. The slow gentle hatha postures and cosy ambience will inspire you to move at your own sweet time and tune into the natural rhythm of your breath. The perfect way to unwind after a busy day or busy weekend.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga practice is a slow-paced class designed to deeply open the hips, pelvis and spine while creating space in the joints and nourishing the connective tissues. Soak up in mindful stillness and meditative awareness of sensations, through a series of passive poses and luxuriously long holds. This practice welcomes you to find the “Goldilocks' position” in any pose, not too much and not too little. Yin yoga, also known as the fountain of youth, is an excellent complement to all other active yoga styles and the perfect antidote for a hectic lifestyle.

Yin Yang Yoga

The Yin Yang symbol represents harmony and balance. This class balances a dynamic Yang-style flow practice with long-held and meditative seated Yin postures, leaving your body and mind feeling balanced, restored and replenished. The practice of Yin Yang yoga helps us discover that sense of equilibrium in our practice and life, as we explore the perfect balance between doing and non-doing, between effort and surrender.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of total body exercise but has a specific emphasis on core that can benefit us all. Working from the inside out you will feel and see the difference Pilates can make. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. Matwork Pilates can be used to provide support for beginners & people with certain medical conditions, as well as for people looking to challenge their body.
