Hot Yoga/Hot Hatha/Heated Hatha
Our traditional hot yoga class, with some added surprises, including balancing, core strengthening and hip openers. This dynamic class is well suited for beginners and experienced students alike, with attention to correct alignment, precise movement, and concentration. Get ready to sweat loads while increasing your endurance, strength, and flexibility. The Hot yoga is Bikram inspired and the Hot Hatha is generally Shivananda sytle, both have standalone postures and are done in 35 to 40 degrees C.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
An even better way to amp up the activity level in yoga is to add elements of high intensity interval training, or HIIT, to your flow. Unlike yoga, HIIT is known for its high-energy approach. The workout typically combines short intervals of fast-paced activity (consisting of exercises like jump squats and burpees) with periods of active recovery.
Whether you’re a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels.
