Yoga Hook have experienced Yoga Instructors to help you find the right class for your specific needs. They can tell you about all our Classes, Instructors and Special Events.

We run a range of classes for Beginners which are detailed on our website. If you are unsure of your ability or what type of Yoga Class would suit you, please contact us. Alternatively, you can visit the studio to have a look around and speak to one of our Instructors.
We offer a range of class options for first-timers. All details are available on under our Classes section. We also send various offers in our Bi-Monthly Newsletter, so sign-up to receive these.
Class descriptions are available in the Classes section of the website or visit the studio and speak to one of our Yoga Instructors to help decide which class would be suitable for you.
You can purchase all classes and packages that we have from our website. Alternatively, you can also book and pay in the Studio.
You will need a mat or we have mats which you can hire which are cleaned and sanitised after every class.

Additional props such as bricks, blocks, bolsters and straps are provided to support you if needed.

Shoes and socks are not worn when practising yoga. You should wear something comfortable that allows you to move and stretch in. Wear something that can help to keep you cool as you may get hot in a class. You can also bring something to keep you warm when you slow down at the end of the class for relaxation.
We have a spacious studios so it is normally fine to drop-in to a class and pay when you arrive. But you may find it easier to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
