As a certified Kids Rainbow Yoga Teacher Becky brings her passion for working with children together with her enthusiasm for yoga.
She is a qualified primary school teacher having worked across Early Years, KS1 and KS2. At various stages she has also worked in a number of special needs environments. Becky believes yoga to be incredibly powerful at helping us balance out the ‘stressors’ in our lives – which is becoming increasingly important for children with the pressures they now experience.
The combined mindful movement of body and breath helps shift focus away from anxiety and worry bringing about a calmer sense of self.
Daniel has been practicing Inferno Hot Pilates for 2 years and it’s ultimately changed the way he view’s and takes part in exercise for the better!
Before he discovered IHP I was a keen rugby player, cross fitter and did a lot of weights but neglected to look after his body properly and injured myself.
IHP has shown Daniel that through simple but very effective body weight exercises he can be just as strong and fit whilst taking care of his whole body.
He can safely say that after an hours class his body and mind are at their most relaxed.

Evie discovered yoga in 2002 via an Ashtanga beginners course with Laurel Sutherland at Triyoga. She was immediately inspired by the teaching, enjoying both the physical and flowing challenge which satisfied her athletic side, mixed with the deep feeling of relaxation afterwards. As her yoga practice developed and she encountered a number life challenges it was the supportive emotional benefits of the practice that inspired her to teach.
She qualified via Yogacampus (the educational wing of The Life Centre) in 2012. The main bulk of her practice has been Ashtanga and Rocket, including Mysore practice with Eileen Gauthier 2010-2013, Ashtanga Teacher training with David Swenson and Mysore morning intensives with Dena Kinsberg.
In 2013 she discovered Forrest Yoga, with its long holds and emphasis on breathing and core work to help connect to the subtler energies of the body which currently influences her teaching. To complement the more yang side of the practice she completed a Restorative Teacher training with Judith Hanson Lasater. She sees these softer practices as an invaluable tool in calming and supporting the nervous system – especially in times of deep stress.
Heidi started practising Bikram Yoga in 2000. Yoga became her full-time work in 2003 after she completed her Bikram Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles.
What Heidi absolutely loves about teaching is seeing how Yoga benefits those who dedicate their time and energy to it – helping them to improve their mental, physical and emotional health, and also, how Yoga can be available to anyone, regardless of ability.
She aims to share the invigorating and energising aspects of Hot yoga with her students.
Jemma has been practising Pilates for over 25 years after a skiing accident left her with chronic back issues. She believes that it was her dedication to Pilates which allowed her to manage her back problems and become fit and healthy at the same time!
She qualified with Body Control Pilates as a teacher nearly 10 years ago. Jemma’s aim is to help people on their journey to discover the never ending benefits of Pilates. She also continues to develop herself through attending regular classes and courses.
She has never once been bored whilst practicing Pilates as it keeps you engaged, focused and challenged. Jemma is constantly amazed at how as well as toning, improving strength, flexibility, coordination and posture, Pilates makes you feel less stressed, have improved mental focus and an uplifting sense of well being!

As Jussi fed her passion, her passion fed her and so she left the corporate 9-5 to do more of what she loves: Life Coaching, Yoga & Thai Massage.
Jussi is a certified Transformation Coach, a 300hrs Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Thai Massage Therapist, deeply passionate about supporting people to find their true purpose. She empowers her clients & students to live happy, meaningful & authentic lives.
Jussi has recently started to integrate sound healing techniques into her work to help students experience the magic of sound for relaxation.
Having fallen in love with yoga after graduating university in 2012, Laura decided she wanted to share that passion with others and completed a 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training in August 2018 with Spiralling Crow at YogaVenue, Oxford.
Yoga has taught Laura that with patience and dedication, you can achieve things that you previously thought impossible. It has also taught her the value of being totally present in the here and now. These lessons have shifted her perspective, both on and off the mat.
Laura loves finding stillness in the mind through movement of the body and observation of the breath; inspiring and guiding others to do the same is her passion.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Matt was studying biology at university when he enrolled in a dance class upon the whimsical suggestion of a friend. Something changed in him during that first dance course as he discovered the joy of movement. He next enrolled in a yoga class and decided he wanted to study movement full-time.
Several years later, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from California State University Long Beach, a yoga teacher training at a Sivananda ashram in India and a Pilates matwork training with Power Pilates in LA.
Based in the UK since 2009, Matt teaches alignment-focused classes which are dynamic, challenging and un-rushed. With a thorough knowledge of anatomy which informs his teaching, he is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and leads the anatomy portion of several teacher training courses as well as providing mentoring and CPD workshops to current teachers.
Having formerly danced professionally, Matt still has a strong yoga and movement practice which informs his teaching.

I started out as a dancer, and first came to yoga as a fitness enthusiast and instructor.
I was initially looking for different ways to exercise, but when I started practicing what really amazed me was the positive rewards that I gained both physically and emotionally. Yoga has changed my way of thinking and life for the better. Wanting to share this with others, I completed RYS200hr teacher training in 2015.
Yoga for me is a place to escape from a busy mind and day. I love to bring to my classes a slower, meticulous and mindful practice with a strong emphasis on alignment. Although my yoga mat has taken over from the gym my background of Ballet and fitness has certainly played a part in my teaching style.
My intention is that my students always leave classes feeling strong with that inner calm and sense of peace.
Ola discovered Yoga in 2014.
After being overwhelmed with the amount of stress from her job she started to search for the way to slow down and calm her mind, soon enough she came across Yoga videos on YouTube and was hooked and quickly realised the benefits – increased flexibility, strength and a calmer mind.
In August 2015, her best friend got her a pack of classes at one of the yoga studios as a Birthday present and the rest is history
Ola have been practicing various styles of yoga from Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, to Bikram and HIIT.
In 2016 she found her calling and completed the Spiralling Crow 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at YogaVenue and in 2018 Hot HIIT Yoga Flow Training. She has also completed additional Hands on Assists Trainings with Mary Dana Abbott, and her Sky Yoga (Aerial) Training in Bali. She has been teaching since 2016.
On the mat, Ola finds inspiration in flowing movement, smooth transitions and the fact that you discover Yoga everyday in a new way; she believes you can never step into the same asana in the same way. As a teacher, Ola loves exploring new adventures on the mat, making shapes, and finding gracefulness in the most challenging places.
Patricia is known for her authentic and non-judgmental teaching style, bringing her Brazilian spontaneity and contagious enthusiasm into her classes. Prior to achieving her E-RYT 500 (500-hour Yoga Alliance) yoga certification in America, Patricia brings an extensive experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach which have all influenced her teaching style.
Her classes are challenging but offer a balanced mixture of insightful alignment and playfulness, intensity and softness, exhilaration and calmness. She enjoys creating an uplifting experience by weaving poetry and philosophy into a class theme as she takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga, to connect you into your own sacred space.
Patricia has experience teaching several styles including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga HIIT Fusion, Yin Yang Yoga, Qi Gong Flow and Meditation.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Saz! But also known as Sarah Newman. Raised in France and fed on a diet of snails, mushrooms and garlic, moved to the UK in 1996.
Recommended to yoga by a friend, Saz went to her first class a few months after her son was born, now 18 years ago, and it turned to be one of the best decisions of her life. She started with hatha classes at her local village hall, then decided to go to weekly Ashtanga class with Katherine Rycroft which she loved and attended without fail. Ashtanga brought a discipline and an precision in her practice which was just what was needed.
Saz decided to become a yoga teacher to share her love and passion for yoga because of what it has been brought her over the years. She would like to be of service to others and make a difference to people’s lives. she believe She can inspire you with her infectious French enthusiasm and within her classes, she can provide a space for students to look after themselves, strengthen their bodies and find a sense of peace and balance.
