Absolutely Nothing

60 minutes of weightless silence. Your nervous system does the rest

Recognise This?

Your body keeps score.

It's been trying to tell you something.

"I wake up exhausted. I go to bed wired. I can't remember the last time I actually rested."

This isn't a sleep problem. It's a nervous system stuck in overdrive. Floating teaches your body how to switch off again.

"My shoulders live next to my ears. I've tried massage, stretching, everything. It comes back within days."

Because you're treating the muscle, not the signal. Floating removes gravity entirely — your muscles have nothing to brace against. The tension doesn't come back the same way.

"I just need everything to be quiet for five minutes. I can't find that anywhere."

We'll give you sixty. No phone. No noise. No one asking you for anything. Just warm, dark, silent space that belongs to you.

"I don't need therapy. I just need… to not be 'on' for a bit."

Floating is not therapy. It's a room where your body does what it already knows how to do - heal, rest, reset - without interference.

If any of this felt familiar — your body already knows it needs this.

The only step left is booking the session.

What Is Floating?

You lie in warm water.

In complete darkness.

And your body remembers how to heal.

Floatation therapy is simple. You step into a private pod filled with water heated to skin temperature. Dissolved in that water is over 500kg of pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salt — so much salt that you float effortlessly on the surface like a cork. You couldn't sink if you tried.

The pod is lightproof. Soundproof. There is no gravity pulling on your joints, no screen buzzing for your attention, no one who needs anything from you. For 60 minutes, your nervous system gets the one thing it almost never gets: permission to stop.

500kg+ Epsom Salt

Creates a salt concentration higher than the Dead Sea. Every body floats perfectly — no effort, no tension, no holding on.

Skin Temperature Water

Heated to 34.5°C — the point where you stop feeling where your body ends and the water begins.

Lightproof & Soundproof

Total sensory rest. No light, no sound, no gravity. Your brain shifts from fight-or-flight to deep recovery within minutes.

Your Nervous System Resets

Cortisol drops. Magnesium absorbs through the skin. Muscle tension releases. Sleep architecture improves. One session, measurable effects.

Before You Ask

The questions

Everyone has first.

"I'm claustrophobic. I can't do this."

The pod opens from inside. You control the lid — open, closed, halfway. You control the light. You are never locked in. Most people who say they're claustrophobic float with the lid closed within five minutes because the space feels vast, not confined. But it's always your choice.

"Is the water... clean?"

The salt concentration is roughly 40% — higher than the Dead Sea. Almost nothing can survive in it. Between every session, the water passes through UV filtration and hydrogen peroxide treatment. The water is tested regularly. It's cleaner than any pool you've ever swum in.

"What if I fall asleep?"

Then you'll have one of the best sleeps of your life. The salt holds you — you physically cannot roll over or sink. Many floaters drift between waking and sleeping. That's your nervous system doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Gentle music plays when your session ends.

"I don't know what to expect."

Nina walks you through everything before your first float. You'll see the pod, understand the controls, know exactly what happens from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. No surprises. No awkwardness. Just a calm, private experience.

Your Float Experience

Four steps.

Zero effort required.

01

Arrive & Settle

Step into your private float room. Nina will have walked you through everything. Shower, put in your earplugs, and take a breath. The room is yours.

02

Step In & Float

Lie back in the warm, salt-dense water. Over 500kg of Epsom salt holds you at the surface — effortlessly. No treading. No tension. You just... float.

03

Switch Off

Close the lid if you want (or don't). Turn off the light (or don't). Within minutes, you stop feeling where your body ends and the water begins. That's where the reset starts.

04

Emerge & Feel

Gentle music tells you the session is done. Shower, dress, take your time. Most people describe the feeling as "quiet." Everything is quieter — your body, your mind, the world outside.

I was suffering with a very bad knee. The experience blew me away. My knee is fully recovered and I'll be back for more visits. Highly recommend.

Nina was amazing. She took her time to explain everything, showed us around the space, and made sure we felt super comfortable. Nothing felt rushed. The venue itself is gorgeous — calm, clean, and such a lovely vibe. 10/10 experience.
