This isn't a sleep problem. It's a nervous system stuck in overdrive. Floating teaches your body how to switch off again.
Because you're treating the muscle, not the signal. Floating removes gravity entirely — your muscles have nothing to brace against. The tension doesn't come back the same way.
We'll give you sixty. No phone. No noise. No one asking you for anything. Just warm, dark, silent space that belongs to you.
Floating is not therapy. It's a room where your body does what it already knows how to do - heal, rest, reset - without interference.
What Is Floating?
Floatation therapy is simple. You step into a private pod filled with water heated to skin temperature. Dissolved in that water is over 500kg of pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salt — so much salt that you float effortlessly on the surface like a cork. You couldn't sink if you tried.
The pod is lightproof. Soundproof. There is no gravity pulling on your joints, no screen buzzing for your attention, no one who needs anything from you. For 60 minutes, your nervous system gets the one thing it almost never gets: permission to stop.

Step into your private float room. Nina will have walked you through everything. Shower, put in your earplugs, and take a breath. The room is yours.
Lie back in the warm, salt-dense water. Over 500kg of Epsom salt holds you at the surface — effortlessly. No treading. No tension. You just... float.
Close the lid if you want (or don't). Turn off the light (or don't). Within minutes, you stop feeling where your body ends and the water begins. That's where the reset starts.
Gentle music tells you the session is done. Shower, dress, take your time. Most people describe the feeling as "quiet." Everything is quieter — your body, your mind, the world outside.
I was suffering with a very bad knee. The experience blew me away. My knee is fully recovered and I'll be back for more visits. Highly recommend.
Nina was amazing. She took her time to explain everything, showed us around the space, and made sure we felt super comfortable. Nothing felt rushed. The venue itself is gorgeous — calm, clean, and such a lovely vibe. 10/10 experience.
My first experience with the floatation pod was very relaxing and it created a lasting sense of calmness throughout the following days. I was pleasantly surprised.
