Over 95% of our classes are open level and some are built for beginners such as Iyengar yoga with simple yoga postures supported by props. Or indulge in some flying yoga also known as aerial yoga or antigravity yoga in our beautifully equipped Shiva studio. We are proud of the quality of our instruction, and our team consist of carefully selected yoga instructors to support your growth and help you achieve your wellness objectives.

It tried the floatation therapy for the first time yesterday. The lovely lady on the desk was very helpful and explained exactly the process and what was involved. The large floatation pod was amazing, music to start & end and mood lights to relax to and much roomier than I expected. It felt fantastic. The true test was later on though. I was told it would help aid sleep - I am not the best sleeper (especially with a 2 year old as well) However I had an extremely good night's sleep, the best I'd had in what seems forever! So to sum up my experience - I'm definitely "sold" on floatation therapy and I'm sure I will be back again. I would certainly recommend this.
