It is recommended to go in the pod in your birthing suit (yes, completely naked).

About the Floatation Pod

A spacious tank, chlorine free but contains 575kg of high-quality salt for effortless float like the SEA. It constantly filters throughout the day and runs a deep cleaning cycle at night. Contains two buttons for light and attention! The door has no stoppers and is on hydraulic, even a little child can open it with a light touch. The tank has an oxygen exchange vents at the top. Head goes under the door handle side and the UV light faces you. Built in UV kills the germs. It is one of the safest, cleanest places to be in.

After a Float

After a float, on the day drink plenty of fluids, listen to your body as it wants to slow down and rest, don’t plan a party or do an activity that requires a lot of exertion.

Our facility

Beautiful and spacious room with Buddha on a stand inviting you to experience serenity. Shower facility, a changing bench to keep your bag etc. Adjacent in a ladies changing room there are hair dryers.

My float story

I experienced my first float around 5 years ago. I did my therapy a day after coming back from the states, my sleep cycle was all over the place.

During my induction, I was thinking I am not sure I will switch the light off and close the pod door - like many people I have inducted. Once, I went in, I realized - the pod was more spacious than I thought, I had over 2 feet of head clearing (because the pod curves upward like a car). Closing the door, I sat in for a few minutes admiring the blue light and being grateful for the quiet time. I switched the light off automatically after that and had this calming and relaxing therapy. That night after the therapy, I slept like a log and gone away all the traces of jet-leg. I kept the calming sate with me for days. But I only fell in love with floating after floating 2-3 times.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring with me?

Just bring yourself. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

Can two people go in together?

Our pods are individual therapy, one person at a time only. This will allow you to go deeper into relaxation.

Can I float if I am pregnant ?

Yes, the feeling of weightlessness is welcome when you are pregnant.

Can I float if I am disabled ?

Yes, if you can get in and out of the pod. We have had customers bring their carer who helps them get in and out of the pod as it is a step over the bath tub but with a little more height than a bathtub.

Can I use a giftcard for a float ?

Yes, our giftcards are valid for a 12 months and can be redeemed for a float.

How frequently should I float?

We recommend floating every 3-4 weeks.
