On arrival we was greeted by a lovely polite receptionist. - The whole studio was immaculately clean and tidy with a warm zone feeling. Fresh towels and a gleaming therapy room with comfy seating. When I arrived at Yoga Hook, I was immediately made to feel at ease by the welcoming and friendly team at reception. I tried the flotation therapy experience which was amazing and I felt genuinely relaxed and peaceful both during the session and afterwards also. It tried the floatation therapy for the first time yesterday. The lovely lady on the desk was very helpful and explained exactly the process and what was involved. The large floatation pod was amazing, music to start & end and mood lights to relax to and much roomier than I expected. It felt fantastic. The true test was later on though. I was told it would help aid sleep - I am not the best sleeper (especially with a 2 year old as well) However I had an extremely good night's sleep, the best I'd had in what seems forever! So to sum up my experience - I'm definitely "sold" on floatation therapy and I'm sure I will be back again. I would certainly recommend this.
